Sensor data collection platform and cloud based industrial monitoring
IIoT XT6000 uses Hologram SIM card that offers global cellular network infrastructure that allows IIoT XT6000 devices to connect to the internet and integrate with Hologram IoT Platform. The data and fleet management of XT6000 devices such as data sensor capturing and control of the devices will be done through the Hologram Dashboard in Hologram IoT Platform.
Integration of IIoT XT6000 with Hologram IoT Platform and External IoT Cloud Platforms
For complex data sensor management of IIoT XT6000, Hologram IoT Platform has Routes that can be configured on the Hologram Dashboard. These Routes make Hologram IoT Platform integrates with some outer IoT Cloud/Application platforms such as ThingSpeak and Ubidots. Then the data sensor messages of IIoT XT6000 can be send further to these outer IoT Cloud platforms and used for collecting, processing, visualizing, and analyzing the data sensor. These powerful outer IoT Cloud platforms provide tools to visualize data in charts and graphs, helping users analyze trends and patterns for example MATLAB Analysis. The Blok diagram shows the integration between several IoT Cloud Platforms with IIoT XT6000. In CONDSTAR, we offer support to our customers for Routes configuration in Hologram IoT Platform and having IIoT XT6000 devices integrated with several IoT Cloud Platforms.
Remote machine monitoring system
IIoT XT6000 is programmed ready to send data messages to the Hologram Dashboard with topics in order to route specific messages in Hologram Dashboard and forwarding these messages to the outer IoT Cloud Platforms according to its topics. The topics in the sent messages are crypted with SIM card Device Key for recognizing the messages that are related to the functions of IIoT XT6000 (Digital input, Digital output, ADC and Serial Communications RS485) and also for separating the sent messages for several connected XT6000 devices because each IIoT XT6000 device will have a unique Device key. These topics in the sent messages are required in the configuration of the Routes and integration between several IoT Cloud Platforms with IIoT XT6000.
All the sent messages in IIoT XT6000 are also crypted by Hologram IoT Platform for cyber security reason. It can be seen table of the crypted topics of the data messages that are sent from IIoT XT6000 device to Hologram Dashboard and they can be routed to outer IoT Cloud Platforms such as ThingSpeak and Ubidots. The characters x in the table here will be the SIM card unique Device Key.
Example of Sensor Integration and Data Visualization with IIoT XT6000 and ThingSpeak
Here, in this example, it has been connected humidity and temperature sensor to Analog to Digital converter and sent the data sensor to the IoT Cloud Platform ThingSpeak as shown in the graphs. These IoT outer Cloud platforms are powerful tools to build custom dashboards to display real-time data from IIoT XT6000 device when they integrate with Hologram IoT platform. They make data collection, mathematical data processing, analysis and visualization for Industrial IoT.
