XT5000 is innovative industrial internet of things IIoT from CONSTAR. It is professional cellular IIoT that has best solutions for reliable and powerful industries. XT5000 communicates by Global Cellular networks LTE 5G/4G/3G and therefore business customers can use it efficiently anywhere worldwide. XT5000 built by durable metal casing withstands harsh physical conditions and it has several LED’s indications at operation. As well as XT5000 has USB-C connector receptacle for powering up by using AC Adapter PD type USB-C.

The device XT5000 is programmed to receive and send TCP messages with the server of Hologram Cloud. Hologram has a platform called Hologram Dashboard which will be used for reading and writing the messages. The messages in the platform Hologram Dashboard can be used to manage XT5000 for monitoring and exchanging and controlling and data collection. Additionally, Hologram Dashboard can be configured to create Routes for the messages and pass the data of the message to outer creative service (IIoT Platform) to visualize the data there.

The XT5000 has 3 IO interface ports (A, B and C) that can be connected to several external machines, sensors and slave devices. These ports are high voltage protected (isolated) for different ground potentials. These ports have different functions and they will be used for the monitoring and controlling and exchanging data collection. The functions in the IO interface ports are:

XT5000 is a smart IIoT, the device XT5000 is ready programmed to be set to monitor the Digital input ports the whole time and send a message automatically to the Hologram Cloud when the status of the Digital input port is changed logically. Additionally, there are two timers in the device XT5000 that can be enabled for managing ADC and SPI Communications. These timers can set the time for when XT5000 sends messages to the Hologram Cloud, and these messages are related with data monitoring of the Analog to digital converter (ADC) and SPI communications. All these setting for the timers and the monitor status of the Digital input port can be set and removed remotely by sending messages from the Hologram Cloud to the device XT5000. Besides the timers setting and the monitor setting of the Digital input port, XT5000 can also be set to send data messages continuously to the Hologram Cloud for ADC and SPI communications.
